How long does the band play for?

The band generally performs 2 x 60 minute sets, but please get in touch to discuss in more detail if you require something different.

What does the band wear?

Black suits as standard, but let us know if your event is more casual or you have a theme in mind.

Does the band provide a DJ set after their performance and during breaks?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer this free of charge until midnight! Later finishes can be arranged at an additional cost. If you want to make your own spotify playlist, just share it with us and we'll play it on the night.

How much do you cost?

Please contact us for a quote. Price is dependant on the band line up, travel time and location, set options and finish times etc.

How much do I pay and when?

In order to secure your date, we require a £250 non-refundable deposit which is payable via bank transfer. We would also require you to complete and sign our contract.
The remaining balance is payable 14 days before the event or on event day if agreed upon in advance, in cash or bank transfer.

What is the latest you can finish?

After our band set we can provide a DJ set until midnight at no extra cost. We can extend this to 1am (location dependant) for an additional charge. Please ask for price when booking.

Can you learn a specific song for my event?

Of course! We are more than happy to add in a song to the set e.g. First dance song at weddings. Please get in touch to discuss further.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have full public liability insurance. Please contact us for a copy of the certificate to share with your venue, if required.

What if the venue has noise restrictions?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to discuss options if the event venue have noise restrictions in place. We have the option of using electronic drums, low volume cymbals or acoustic instruments.

Can I choose the setlist?

Accepted Answer

Though experience we have found its best to leave creating the setlist to us. We are experienced in knowing which songs work best at which point in the performance. But please tell us what style you want and we will tailor the setlist to you. If there a few songs in particular from our song list that you really want, let us know. We can also learn a special song for you eg. wedding first dance.

Does the band provide a sound system and lighting?

Yes! We look after everything music-related and have a high quality PA sound system and lights.

Can I see the band perform before I book them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we also perform public shows such as The Live Lounge in Cardiff. Message us to find out when our next public show is.

How long does the band require to set up?

Around 90 minutes, but this will depend on location and access.

Question 15

What does the band require on the night?

Accepted Answer

A meal, electrical power, and a covered space on a flat, hard, dry surface to play (does not have to be a stage).

Can the band play outdoors?

Yes, but we we will need cover. This could be a simple gazebo, just in case it rains.

Are there any hidden charges?

Accepted Answer

There are no hidden charges, everything is included in the quote. Your quote includes PA system and lights, travel expenses for band members and equipment, music to be played through our system when we are not performing and up until the end of the night, and public liability insurance.
