How long does the band play for?

The band generally performs 2 x 60 minute sets, but please get in touch to discuss in more detail if you require something different.

How much do you cost?

Please contact us for a quote. Price is dependent on the band line up, travel time and location, set options and finish times etc.

How much do I pay and when?

In order to secure your date, we require a £150 non-refundable deposit which is payable via bank transfer. The remaining balance we will invoice for 30 days before the event for payment by bank transfer.

What is the latest you can finish?

Midnight finish for the band set is the latest we can finish (location dependent).

Can you learn a specific song for my event?

Of course! We are more than happy to add in a song to the set e.g. First dance song at weddings. Please get in touch to discuss further.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have full public liability insurance. Please contact us for a copy of the certificate to share with your venue, if required.

What if the venue has noise restrictions?

We are happy to discuss options if the event venue have noise restrictions in place. We have the option of using electronic drums, low volume cymbals or acoustic instruments.

Can I choose the setlist?

Though experience we have found its best to leave creating the setlist to us. We are experienced in knowing which songs work best at which point in the performance. But please tell us what style you want and we will tailor the setlist to you. If there a few songs in particular from our song list that you really want, let us know. We can also learn a special song for you eg. wedding first dance.

Does the band provide a sound system and lighting?

Yes! We look after everything music-related and have a high quality PA sound system and lights.

Can I see the band perform before I book them?

Accepted Answer

Although the bulk of our bookings tend to be for private events such as weddings and corporate functions, occasionally we do play public facing events.
Please get in touch to see if we have a public facing gig coming up before the date of your wedding or event.

How long does the band require to set up?

Around 90 minutes, but this will depend on location and access.

What does the band require on the night?

A hot meal for 4 musicians, electrical power, and a covered space on a flat, hard, dry surface to play (does not have to be a stage).

Can the band play outdoors?

Yes, but we we will need cover. This could be a simple gazebo, just in case it rains.

What is included in the quote?

Accepted Answer

There are no hidden charges, everything is included in the quote. Your quote includes PA system and lights, travel expenses for band members and equipment, and public liability insurance.
